Scope
This policy covers voxalike.online, an independent informational website. It does not cover the official Voxalike game, its accounts, multiplayer rooms, Workshop, Discord, Reddit, itch.io, YouTube, or any other site reached through an external link. Those services apply their own policies.
Information collected by the site
The wiki does not require an account and does not ask for microphone access. Static pages can be read without submitting a form. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, security signals, and response status to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability. We do not receive Voxalike game recordings, room codes, or official account data through normal browsing.
Analytics and consent
Google Analytics 4 loads only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics” in the consent panel. If allowed, Google may process page visits, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, and interaction events. The implementation keeps advertising storage, advertising user data, personalized advertising, and Google Signals disabled. A choice is stored in local browser storage so the panel does not repeat on every page. Visitors can reopen Analytics settings in the footer, decline, clear site data, or use browser controls at any time.

Advertising technology
The current site does not place display ads. If Google AdSense or another advertising service is added later, this policy and the consent interface will be updated before advertising cookies or personalized advertising are enabled. Third-party advertising providers may place or read cookies, use web beacons, process IP addresses, or use other identifiers to serve, measure, limit, and protect advertising. Visitors in regions that require consent will be given the required controls before non-essential advertising storage is used.
Contact email
When you email contact@voxalike.online, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer the request, keep a reasonable record of corrections or rights matters, and protect the site from abuse. Do not send credentials, private recordings, payment data, or sensitive personal information. Email may be processed by the destination mailbox provider and by Cloudflare Email Routing during forwarding.
Local browser features and external media
Site search runs in the browser against a static Pagefind index. The mobile menu and most guide interactions do not transmit data. YouTube is not loaded on initial page view; an embedded player is created only after the visitor presses Load video. Once loaded, YouTube can receive device, network, and interaction information under Google's policies. External links disclose the destination and normally open in a separate tab.
Retention, security, and requests
Analytics retention follows the settings of the associated GA4 property. Email is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, legal obligations, or abuse prevention. No internet service is perfectly secure, but the site uses HTTPS, restrictive response headers, static hosting, and a minimal script surface. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right, contact contact@voxalike.online and describe the request and your jurisdiction.
